This New Feature Enhancement automates the removal of online listings upon tenant move-in, eliminating the need to access additional screens. Whether you manage 15 or 1,500 properties, this new enhancement streamlines the removal of online listings, saves you time, and helps ensure your online marketing is current.
How it Works
This new automated feature enhancement requires no setup. When you move in a new lead or tenant, the “Remove Online Listings’ option is checked by default, automatically delisting your property from syndicated sites. If you want to keep the listing online, simply uncheck the option.
Here’s how to use this enhancement in your Rentec Direct account:
Click on Properties
Right-click on a property and select Place New Tenant
Under Online Listing, Remove Online Listings is checked by default, so no additional steps are required
Once you’ve added the tenant information, click on Place Tenant
