Create a one-and-done custom template with data fields to auto-populate each tenant’s unique information in repetitive bulk messaging
Use the filter to select:
All tenants whose rent is overdue
All tenants whose leases are expiring soon

First Class Mail: This is ideal for everyday correspondence, such as routine notices or general communication with tenants and owners.
Certified Mail: Certified Mail is available for critical time-sensitive documents, such as lease violation notices or official communications requiring proof of delivery. This option provides documentation that the mail was sent and delivered.

Click on Tenants
Click on Mailing Wizard (Soon to be Mailing Manager)
Select a Template or No Template to enter a custom message
Use the Filter to select recipients by:
Rent Overdue (all applicable tenants – convenient for bulk mailings)
Days Until Lease End (all applicable tenants – convenient for bulk mailings)
Name – Lists all tenants, allowing selection of one or multiple tenants
Select from Email, Print, or Send Letters
